Job Description

Due to impressive growth, our global client is looking for a Contracts Manager / Paralegal to support the business on a full range of commercial transaction support. You will help the business manage legal risk, negotiate commercial relationships, anddraft documentation.Based near Kingston Upon Thames the successful candidate will:

Support the business negotiating terms & conditions of high-value contracts
Reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts including Terms & Conditions, MSAs, SaaS Agreements and others
Be involved in Data Protection / GDPR contractual review and negotiations
Support the sales team with tenders
Help with ad hoc projects as required

To be successful in this role you will already have at least 2 years experience working as a Contracts Manager / Commercial Paralegal either in private practice or in-house.The company does offer hybrid working but would be looking for candidates to be in the office 2 days a week.For more information on this great in-house opportunity please contact Simon Campbell at QED Legal.
