Marketing Executive - Admin - Fleet Management

Job Description

My client is a nationwide fleet management company looking for an Marketing Executive to join their team.For this role you will be required to support a small team covering both marketing and sales activities.Accountabilities

  • Managing and updating the companys chosen CRM system.
  • Implementation and management of campaigns for in-house telemarketing team.
  • Producing company information packs for use in marketing and sales activities.
  • Creating and updating existing marketing, sales and general company presentations when required.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to produce marketing content eg. Press release, direct mail etc.
  • Updating of the company website using WordPress or similar content management system.
  • Assist in the organisation, set-up and liaison with prospects & customers for company events, trade shows, client forums and staff team building days. This will require working away from the office and some overnightstays.
  • Producing documents and reports using MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other third party applications.
  • Assisting in supplier and prospect visits.
  • Producing the monthly Marketing Board Report.
  • Implementation and management of internal and external surveys using the companys chosen software tool.
  • Production and management of the companys internal newsletter.
  • Involvement in the companys internal communications activities.
  • Producing and managing the departments processes and work instructions.
  • Manage specific tasks or projects as directed by the Board of Directors.
Required
  • Experience of working within a marketing and/or sales environment is preferred but candidates with strong office skills will be considered.
  • Experience of web site management; updating content, tracking visitors etc.
  • Experience in managing a prospect or customer database.
  • Experience in arranging events and trade shows. Attendance at the events will be required.
  • Aptitude to write short sales/ marketing documents, proof read and amend existing documents.
  • Experience or understanding of telemarketing & sales processes.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required.
  • Data/Information Analysis
  • Copywriting skills and Creative skills are desired but not essential.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Marketing or Business Diploma is desired but not essential.
