The South Thames Colleges Group is made up of Kingston College,South Thames College, Carshalton College and Merton College, which merged in 2017.The South Thames College Group are currently seeking experienced Learning Support Workers to support their additional needs learners on a temporary ongoing basis.The Learning Coach Role:- Experience working with SEN students with Autism/ADHD or Challenging behaviour- To support students in lessons in small groups or a 1:1 basis- To help learners with SMART goals and become more independentWhat the Learning Coach Will Need:- Previous SEN Experience supporting young people with learning difficulties and disabilities - A*-C in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent (Level 2)- Good verbal and written communication- Good understanding of safeguardingReed FE is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment.Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check.Benefits of working with Reed Education:When you work with Reed Education, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
