Job Description

Talent Executive/CoordinatorFull time permanent hybrid role - 4 days in Office / 1 remote.Salary: 30-35kBased Surbiton area Hours 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm (can be flexible) An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Executive/Coordinator to join one of our fantastic clients based in the Surbiton area.This would suit a Recruiter/Recruitment Manager from a social care/ early years recruitment agency background or In-house Talent Acquisition Recruiter from a Healthcare/ Social Care or Early Years setting.If you are a motived and experienced recruiter currently looking for a new challenging role, please get in touchKey Responsibilities

  • Short list, organise and book interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work alongside hiring managers, by supporting them with making the right decisions, following the recruitment process and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Work to achieve weekly interview to offer targets
  • Attend recruitment meetings with the Senior Management Team and update on the recruitment and HR processes.
  • Devising the most appropriate attraction campaigns utilising online and local regional resources
  • Ensure the most appropriate talent pooling strategy recruiting the best talent in the market
  • Delivering a recruitment experience which ensures candidates are aware of company values
  • Manage job posting via job boards, website and review sites
  • Respond to enquiries both telephone and email
  • Creating the staff files following safer recruitment guidelines, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and CQC regulations throughout
  • Onboarding new starters and adding them to our internal systems.
Person Specification
  • Strong evidence of success and a proven track record in recruitment
  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced multi-site organisation
  • Experience working as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies
  • Experience of providing resourcing advice to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, computer and organisational skills
  • Creative, motivated and driven
  • Experience of using an ATS
