***An exciting chance to join SHL, the global leader in talent innovation as an FP&A / Data Analyst in a newly created role in the Commercial FP&A team. The role will be based in SHL’s headquarters in Thames Ditton, Surrey. ***The Role:The FP&A / Data Analyst is responsible for producing high quality and high impact regular reporting across bookings, revenue and P&L and supporting the annual planning and rolling forecast cycles for SHL commercial functions. To be successful in the role and in addition to the task orientated accountabilities outlined below, the FP&A / Data Analyst will need to have a high attention to detail, be able to informatively present and communicate information and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift on a day-to-day basis.We are looking for someone to join the team who will be able leverage recent investment in BI tools to improve existing regular processes, reporting and analysis.
