Exceptional opportunity to join this Global HR Services & Talent Solutions company, based out of newly refurbished offices in SW London/Surrey.You will be a proven BDM / Business Development Manager, ideally coming from a Professional Services B2B background. Our client are innovators in the Psychometric testing area mostly supporting talent management, talent development & recruitment. They had a strong performance in 2020 despite a difficult year for most and are forecast to excel again this year.You should ideally be a Dutch speaker but the business will consider someone an English speaker if they are strong for the role. This role is working within the Benelux region.Offering flexible working from home but also requiring some office-based working when the offices open again.The Role:You will be part of the European Mid-Market team where there is huge potential to earn.As the BDM / Business Development Manager, you will generate C-level leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques and conducting telephone-based or virtual sales meetings. You will identify new business opportunities in new corporations. You will turn potential clients into active accounts through consultative selling and handle the transition of these clients to the account manager team. You will demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the solutions’ value proposition and diagnosing the prospective clients’ business needs. You will target top executives of potential companies, and drive the pivotal moment where leads become sales, reaping the rewards of negotiating contracts to a successful close.
