SHL is currently moving HRIS from Workday to Sage People.The primary focus of the Associate HRIS Analyst role is to support the HRIS Analyst and broader HR team in driving the evolution of SHL’s global HCM system (Sage People) to support the growth of our business and enable our people to flourish. The HRIS team’s aim is to simplify how we operate and ultimately enable our employees, Managers and Leaders to make confident, data driven people decisions.The Associate HRIS Analyst will manage the operational responsibilities associated with satisfying inbound requests, system and data administration, reporting and end-user support.
