Job Description

My client is a Nationwide fleet management company looking for an Account Executive.The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the account manager in maintaining and developing existing relationships through proactive management.Accountabilities:To act as the main day to day point of contact for all clients.Produce client documentation within defined delivered time-scalesProduce new vehicle ordersProgress orders advising clients of any changeGenerate and issue new vehicle contracts and monitor returnArrange new vehicle deliveries / vehicle collectionsArrange vehicle re-allocations where requiredHandle and solve all client and driver queries in a prompt and professional manner, seeking guidance from the Account Manager and/or other departments where necessaryManage and/or generate monthly customer invoicing and rechargesGenerate and authorise external supplier ordersProduce regular and ad-hoc’ client reports within defined time-scalesProvide advice on rescheduling and early terminationGeneral:To maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customerTo deal with any concerns or issues that may arise, implementing preventative improvementsUndertake and complete development solutions as deemed necessary and as required in the performance of the roleTo undertake and complete development solutions as deemed necessary and as required in the performance of the roleRequired Skills:Customer service background/experience requiredExtensive Account Management or sales administration experience from within industry would be an advantageHigh levels of proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressureAbility to communicate clearly in writing and orallyExcellent administration skillsHigh level of Customer Care and quality serviceProblem solving abilityStrong team playerDegree educatedFull Driving Licence
