About the roleMercedes-Benz of Teesside currently has a great opportunity available for a Valet Team Leader to join our talented team,As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy valet department. Your duties will involve moving cars from our compounds, valeting, supervision of a team of valet/drivers, ordering materials and quality checking.You will need to ensure that all vehicles are presented in a pristine condition and that blemishes are identified prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.You will maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area, adhere to and ensure that all members of the valet team follow all health and safety requirements.Sytner Valeters work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.About YouWe arelooking for someone who has a great attitude and behaviour, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.Ideally, you will have fantastic attention to detail and be committed to delivering the very best quality and standards for our customers.
