The company in question are a leading contract manufacturer within their sector who supply to companies across the globe. Our client have been a force within their industryfor over two decades and specialise in prototyping and technical support for customers during their new product development.THE ROLE* Development of projects from receipt of purchase order through release to production.* Assess the technical and commercial requirements of enquiries.* Lead New Product Introduction process.* Assist in the management, maintenance, and development of customer accounts.* Preparation of quotations.* Preparation of project documentation including: PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow.* Lead process validation activities.* Support customer enquiries.* Administer the customer system files.* Processing of customer orders including works order creation.* Additional activities as required.THE PERSONEssential:* Degree in Engineering or any associated disciplineDesirable:* The Project Engineer would benefit from a good technical background.* The role involves direct interaction with customers, sub-contractors and internal resources, so comfort in those situations is important.TO APPLYPlease apply for this position and your CV will go direct to our Engineering Consultant Neil Douthwaite who is leading the search.
