Our client is currently looking to appoint a Quality Engineer based in Stockton-on-Tees. This is an excellent opportunity to underpin the control processes within the department. This role would suit someone with a logical approach and strong problem-solvingskills.Duties as a Quality Engineer:* Provide guidance to the relevant teams* Assist with training and process improvement* Provide strong customer service and improve services* Be involved in the new product process* Assist in improving manufacturing efficiency* Root cause analysis* Handle reports and review complaints* Liaise with internal and external parties* Detail any concerns* Ad-hoc duties relevant to the postSkills:* A background of working in manufacturing/engineering* Experience working in a Quality environment* ISO9001:2015 (essential)* ISO13485 :2016 (preferred)* Strong understanding of Quality management systems* Root cause analysis experience* The ability to meet deadlines* The ability to manage a team and make key decisionsTo be successful as a Quality Engineer you will have excellent organisational, IT and time management skills. In return you will receive a salary between £35k - £40k per annum, working Monday - Friday.Dont miss out!
