Job Description

The RoleJoining a friendly and collaborativeteam, the HR Advisor will act as first point of contact for any HR related queries and will have a hands on approach to coaching and guiding colleagues through policies and procedures aligned with best practise and businessobjectives. The main crux of the role will be:

  • Advice & guidance
  • Employee relations
  • Coaching & guiding
  • Capability training
  • Performance management
  • Absence management
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Redundancies, including consultations
  • Payroll liaison
  • Wellbeing initiatives
  • Employee engagement
The role offers flexibility with hybrid working options.The Business:Our client operates across the North East carrying out projects with a focus on sustainable change in places of need across the region.
