Who will you be working forWestray Recruitment Consultants are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Programmer to commence work immediately for a key client who specialises within the Engineering sector. With a full order book and a back log of work, the role comes offers lots of overtimeand the role can become permanent following a successful probation period. The successful candidate will be able to programme 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines with Heidenhain controls. The role requires operating a CME Bed Mill.This role centres on working a permanent night shift.Your role* Programming, setting and operating a 5 axis CNC milling machine* Programming a CNC milling machine using Heidenhain controls* Working to produce one offs to high volume batch runs* Performing self-inspection of work* Also working to programme a Fanuc controlled Doosan Mynx* CNC milling various components to a high standard* Working from engineering drawingsRequired experience* Must be able to programme CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls* Must be able to set and operate CNC milling machinesWhat`s in it for youThis role requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Thursday 6pm-3:30amhowever there is an overtime option to work until 6am.The night shift pay rate is £18.57 per hour.
