Job Description

We are recruiting Qualified and Trainee Employment Coaches for a programme at Education Development Trust called Making a Difference North East. from our offices based in the Team ValleySalary: £24,331 - £26,208.00 per annumWe pride ourselves on creating an environment that supports a healthy work life balance for all our staff. Arededicated, resilient, have amazing problem-solving skills, are techy savvy and understand how powerful social media can be when trying to deliver a message.What is Making a Difference North East Making a Difference North East is a programme to be delivered by Education Development Trust in the North East LEP region of England. The programme is a European Social Fund (ESF) match funded programme which is designed to support both unemployed and economicallyinactive participants, the aim being to progress them to job search readiness or into paid employment.Our Employment Coaches will provide into work support for adult participants in a range of community and employer settings, with the support of local labour market information to help make informed career decisions. There will be a needto engage in a sensitive and targeted approach to building skills, confidence and helping people become more employable.
