Job Description

REED are excited to be working with a reputable local business to recruit a Project Co-Ordinator.Based at our clients officein Team Valley, the role will be co-ordinating window installations from start to finish ensuring customers receive an excellent service. The successful candidate must be able to integrate into a very fast pace busy working environment.Duties include:

  • Introduction service calls to customers
  • Capable of working under pressure and solving problems.
  • Liaise with Installations Manager to allocate fitting teams
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound service calls daily
  • Keep customers files up to date from start to finish of jobs
  • Produce all fit packs ready for collection from fitters
  • Update our CRM system with all conversation and action notes.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience speaking on the phone directly to customers
  • Microsoft applications – word, excel and in general fast computer skills.
  • Organisation skills
  • Previous Experience in a busy work environment
  • Experience within the Building industry is preferable
Out client is looking for someone who is willing to learn, able to multitask, with a high attention to detail.This position requires someone who can take direction well as well as be able to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £25,000 per yearBenefits:
