Job Description

Marketing Campaign CoordinatorLocation: Team Valley (reporting into Sheffield or Gateshead regional office)Salary: £24,331 per annum (Careers grade 4)Benefits: We pride ourselves on creating an environment that supports a healthy work life balance for all our staff. This is a full-time permanent role.The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will work as part of the Campaign and Content team, support the delivery and evaluation of a range of marketing campaigns across all areas of Employability and Careers to ensure objectives are met.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and be confident in working with multiple stakeholders to deliver creative marketing campaigns.Personal specifications:KnowledgeEssential:

  • Experience of delivering marketing and communications projects using online and offline channels
  • The ideal candidate will have gained at least 1 year marketing experience working in a marketing environment
  • Experience in working with a range of different internal and external stakeholders and partners, including suppliers
  • Ability to deal confidently with colleagues across different teams
  • Experience in delivering organic and paid for social media campaigns
  • Use of analytical tools such as Google analytics and Hootsuite
  • Using online digital platforms to promote events, such as Eventbrite
Desirable:
  • Creative, with ideas for interesting ways to engage with different audiences
  • Experience of working within branding guidelines
  • Delivering training and induction sessions to internal colleagues
  • Experience of working with content management systems
ExperienceEssential:
  • Previous experience of working as part of a team
  • Working in a busy environment across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in using technology platforms to create content
  • Use of monitoring and evaluation toolsDesirable
  • Demonstrable experience of working with a range of learners from different backgrounds
  • Experience of working in learning and development environment
  • Creating content for different audience groups based on user needs
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of using creative design tools, eg Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.
KnowledgeEssential:
  • Minimum level 2 or equivalent in English and maths
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practice in marketing communications
Desirable:
  • Multitasking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate an interest in digital marketing tools and techniques
