Job Description

Sales Executive / Account Manager Fulltime 10:00 - 18:00 £20k + quarterly and yearly bonus (£26,000k OTE)Hybrid available after training/probationAre you dynamic, engaging and driven and looking for an opportunity to join a fantastic, values-based employer who genuinely cares about their peopleBy joining a thriving and exciting business with a promote from within policy, you will benefit from a variety of avenues to develop your career within a focused and energetic environment.Role:As a Sales Executive you will be working within a fast-paced account management/sales environment with a real team ethos amongst all colleagues: a team of which are breaking records left right and centre and they need more hands on deck! You will be workingto deliver volume and profit targets across a well-established customer base. * Targeted outbound sales calls via a telephony system, prompting direct sales there and then, and also encouraging future purchases digitally where possible. * Reaching out to industry specific customers on a daily and weekly basis to discuss products and promotions.* Negotiate price across a range of products for a profitable outcome for the business.* Develop excellent long-term customer relationships, sales growth as well as growing your portfolio of customers by onboarding new accounts. * Manage your own desk/customer base.* Reinvigorate dormant accounts.* Calls will need to be informative - including market trends, prices increases etc.Requirements:Ideally, you will have previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Customer Service.
