Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their established and growing company that are consistently striving to deliver the quality of support that customers want and deserve.As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be part of a team that is built around a family ethos that allows every employee to be themselves, whilst delivering best in class service.You will be responsible for taking of calls from new and existing customers and support them with claims processing, account queries and managing supplier relationships, so the ability to manage multiple priorities in a varied customer service role is essential.You will also be responsible for dealing and managing aspects of administration and as such a keen eye for detail is essential.What Youll Need:

  • Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, keyboard and writing skills.
  • Excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Naturally need to have the ability to use multiple IT systems, and accurately capture and record customer information. (Previous use of Microsoft Word / Excel)
  • Previous experience within the Customer Service sector would be beneficial along with live chat experience.
Working Hours...
  • Week 1: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Week 2: Mon - Fri: 10:30 - 19:00
  • Youll work two Saturdays per month (9:00 - 17:00)

  • Salary - £19,900 + additional monthly bonuses available to increase salary to £20,500 per year
