Job Description

Onsite coordinatorWe are looking for a Onsite Coordinator to work in our onsite office at our clients premises in Worksop S802RSAs a onsite coordinator you will need to have:

  • Good people management skills
  • Confident in managing large groups of people
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage own work load
  • Ability to work productively under pressure
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word)
Details:
  • Pay: £24,000 salary plus £1,000 KPI based bonus
  • Working Hours:
Monday - Friday - 10:00-19:00
  • Location: Worksop S802RS
  • Duration:Permanent
Role of a onsite coordinator:
  • Signing in and deploying agency workers to their place of work
  • Carrying out factory attendance checks on staff
  • Completing and sending various reports and trackers
  • Booking agency workers for work
  • Managing agency worker attendance
  • Manage and process worker holiday requests
  • Pre screening applicants and booking for interview
  • Assisting with interview & inductions of new starters
  • Calling applicants to book for interview
  • Assisting workers with any queries
