Job Description

This rapidly expanding online retailer is looking for an experienced marketing professional with a digital focus to manage and coordinate all brand and marketing activities, implementing and analysing the marketing strategy to improve overall financialperformance.As Marketing Manager, you will support the Group Head of Marketing to deliver the marketing strategy and oversee the marketing team to ensure that marketing activities and projects are managed effectively.This role demands a forward-thinking Marketing Manager who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.A few details...* Full-time / Permanent* Salary - £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience* Based: Mexborough (onsite)If you are looking to join an exciting organisation with ambitious growth plans, then apply today with an up to date CV.The role in a bit more detail...* Support Head of Marketing in delivery of core business marketing strategy and in managing Marketing Budgets* Manage department photographer in their task of producing online and offline imagery.* Manage department videographer in their task of producing content for media outlets, including YouTube.* Manage Website Administrator in improving UX, CVR, AOV, frequency of customer orders and any website issues.* Manage website maintenance and new developments with Shop Creator* Manage Marketing Communications Executive in their task of producing materials for Email campaigns, blog content, Social media content and advertising.* Manage Graphic Designer in creating visually engaging marketing materials whilst adhering to our brand guidlines.* Monitor and manage agency support for SEO strategy to maximize ROI.* Manage agency support for PPC to maximize ROI at all levels.* Produce and review Weekly/Monthly Key KPI Reports to make strategic decisions (Create separate KPI reports)* Look at direct marketing / advertising opportunities with all magazines & third party.* Identify opportunities with other businesses for joint mailing / other marketing campaignsA bit about you...* Degree-level education in a relevant discipline.* 3 years minimum experience in marketing management.* Competent computer skills using Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office* Strong leadership skills, able to coach and inspire a team of marketing professionals.* Ability to think strategically and able to implement effective change within the department to support our commercial growth.* All round marketing experience with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, appreciating core marketing disciplines.* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.* Knowledge of email platforms such as MailChimp and/or Klaviyo.* Understanding of SEO and PPC.* Good analytical, organisational, planning, and coordination skills.* Good communicator, proactive and driven, problem solver.* Proven track record within a fast moving, preferable e-retail business.Key Appointments UK Ltd will assess your suitability for the role based on the information contained in your CV and application.
