An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated, and experienced MIS Technical Support Officer to join our hardworking and highly regarded support team.School ICT is one of the largest, independent providers of MIS support in the country. We currently offer support and consultancy services to over 1100 schools on a national basis. It is our aim to help schools get maximum use from their MIS system and candidatesmust be pro-active in troubleshooting and resolving MIS/Technical related issues, knowledge and experience with SQL server and SIMS.Net is desirable.We encourage applicants that have experience in working with schools to support their technical infrastructure, as well their MIS system.The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to deliver quality support to our customers via our helpdesk.Full training and support are available to successful applicants if required with the opportunity for the right candidate to work towards developing into the MIS Technical Support Officer role.This is a full time, part time or term time postIn return, the company offers:

Competitive Salary £17,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. Pro-rata for term time candidates
