Youll be responsible for designing and developing electrical components, producing accurate CADdrawings, creating detailed schematics diagrams & layouts and end-testing the products.What youll need: * Minimum Level 5 engineering qualification or equivalent* Sound working knowledge of electrical products* Experience in Autocad, Revit and E-Plan is desirable* BIM framework, desirable but not essential.* Full UK driving licence* ATEX and IECEx equipment accreditationWhat youll get: * Up to £50,000 per annum* Annual company performance bonus* Monday to Thursday 08:45 - 17:00, Friday 16:00 finish* Overtime hours paid* 13% company contributed pension* Private medical and healthcare insurance* Life assurance* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* Christmas shutdown* Hybrid workingThis role would suit candidates with a background in electrical maintenance, electrical project engineer, electrical designer, application engineer, hardware engineer and electronics engineer working within the automotive, railway, power engineering, manufacturing,building technology, lighting technology, marine and offshore and process industry.
