Job Description

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office.The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, in support of the overall marketing and business development strategy. Working across departments and engaging the team, the role will manageand implement research projects, consumer campaigns and a marketing schedule, including events, in all channels to increase brand awareness, product sales and loyalty.The role

  • End-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns across the business, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to develop campaigns, agree messaging, tone of voice and positioning.
  • Management of the calendar of marketing campaigns throughout the year to align with market opportunities and current areas of focus for the business.
  • Management of the production of all marketing assets required to deliver agreed campaigns.
  • Creation of marketing campaign budgets and analysis to demonstrate ROI.
  • Monitoring and reporting of campaign performance to present internally.
  • Coordination of market research and competitor analysis and make appropriate recommendations for further developments.
Skills and experience
  • Have 5+ years experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Get excited about project managing campaigns across departments
  • Have experience of conducting and effectively using research
  • Know how to budget and report on ROI
  • People management is key
  • Have excellent communications skills
