The roleoffers:* A great work-life balance with excellent working hours* The chance to be a part of reputable multi-billion-pound business* Working within a small production team where morale is high priority and a supportive work environment* Structured career development, with lots of training and growth opportunityWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented electrical production operative/panel wirer to contribute to the production of high-quality electrical components that could be used in underground railways, marine and offshore, automotive industry, building technology,lighting technology and much more!What youll do:* Execute the assembly and production of electrical wiring according to established specifications and quality standards.* Operate machinery and equipment for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires to meet production requirements.* Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical instructions for accurate assembly.* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth and efficient production workflow.* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environmentWhat you need: * Proven experience withing electrical wiring and assembly* The ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings produced from CAD* To be able to use all associated hand tools and machinery* A high attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work* Basic trouble shooting skills for identifying and resolving wiring issues* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team* Physical fitness to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasksWhat youll get: * £26,000 per annum* Overtime hours paid at elevated rates* Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30, Friday 15:15 finish* 13% company contributed pension* Private medical and healthcare insurance* Life assurance* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays* Christmas shutdownThis role will suit applicants with previous experience in panel wiring, wiring components, control panel wireman, electrical control panel builder, wiring technician
