M&E Contract Manager - Commercial & School projects - permanentA multi discipline Contractor basednear Wisbech, Cambridgeshireare actively seeking a M&E Contract Manager (Electrical bias) due to continued their growth. They offer a wealth of experience in the commercial sector providing M&E services to main contractorsand end user clients. They operate in various sectors with projects including commercial office installations and refurbishments, new school construction projects and refurbishments, laboratory space installations and turn-key projects. As the M&E Contract Manager, you will be managingM&E site teams including Project Managers across multiple projects with typical project values ranging from 10k to £1.5m.As the M&E Contract Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities: · Pre-construction - procurement of subcontractors, materials and plant · Planning to make sure the projects completed are profitable · Attending meetings with Principal Contractors, Consultants and Architects · Carry out project administration progress reports · Lead, drive and encourage site team.Applications are invited from candidates with the following skills and experience: · Working for a Building Services Contractor at a similar level · Consistently good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors. · Good people management and motivational skills · The ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads · Financially sound and commercially aware · Time Served Apprentice or relevant electrical qualifications · Hold SMSTS.This position offers a fantastic career path for the right candidate, for more information about this role or keen on a new M&E management opportunity within the Building Services sector (Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contract Manager, M&E ProjectManager, Mechanical Contract Manager) please contact Adam Brown on or or
