Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for anEstates Officerto join the team based inKirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on afull time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,294 - £25,979 per annum.About theEstates Officerrole:Working within the Planned, Cyclical & Estates Maintenance Section, you will undertake a range of manual labouring duties in order to ensure that areas owned by the Council are well maintained and kept clean and free from overgrowth, debris, graffiti andlitter.You will also undertake a range of duties within Sheltered Schemes in order to ensure that buildings and grounds are suitably maintained and residents are provided with a polite and friendly service.
