Job Description

It is a pleasure for us to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturer of luxury handcrafted furnishings.They are one of the largest international manufacturers of high-quality textiles and interiors and value their luxury design and quality.Our client is part of an International Group, consistiorng of other major furnishings brands, therefore providing strong financial stability and wide market recognition. They have a need for a Customer Service Advisor(After sales) to join them on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is truly people centric and offer career progression opportunities.You will be working with and reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and supporting B2B, B2C sales across all brands of the business. You will provide administration support to ensure smooth and efficient interface between manufacturing and retailerand uphold the declaration of service standards of the brand.Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with email and telephone enquiries ensuring prompt resolution to sales/operations issues pre-despatch in line with the agreed SLAs
  • Liaise with planning and operations teams to ensure order requirements are achieved
  • Delays are identified and appropriately communicated to the retailer or consumer
  • Resolve queries and deal with order tracking, POD’s, and delivery discrepancies
  • Ensure cancellations and amendments are actioned promptly
  • Update retailer on order progress ensuring data is aligned with production plans
  • Ensure operations are proactive in resolving manufacturing failures and recovery plans
  • Any other duties reasonably required by the Customer Support Team leader
  • Ensure appropriate reports and communications are supplied to retailers and consumers for updates on resolution of issues
  • Manage customer service standards across all forms of communication including email, telephone, and social media
  • Ensure that the team comply with all aspect of Health and Safety policies
