Job Description

Job Title: IMS Systems and Communications ManagerLocation: NorfolkBasic salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + BenefitsType: PermanentA large and prestigious company with offices across the UK is recruiting an IMS Systems and Communications Manager on a permanent basis. The role is to manage the Divisions Integrated Management System (IMS) obligations as part of the corporate group toalign with internal. As such it needs someone with business process writing experience combined with the communication skills to role this out to the wider business.Responsibilities:

Identify gaps in the integrated management system and support project plans to complete process writing to meet the compliance of the business with its changing needs
Complete process writing to meet the requirements of the business
Support operational Depots with compliance activities
Coordinate and support corporate and external audits
Devise the Contract Audit Programme and monitor compliance against the programme
Undertake ad hoc audits as required both in the division or across the group
Support lean projects in a coordination capacity when required
Carry out data analysis and trend reporting for key IMS
Coordinate the contract Communications Plan
Coordinate award submissions as required

Requirements:

Experience within IMS and Communications
Excellent breadth of thinking and logic skills
ISO 9001 compliant
Good understanding of HSE
Lean training of any belts would be advantageous
Auditing experience would be advantageous
