Job Description

Executive Assistant - NorfolkFull time office based, not remote or hybrid.Competitive salaryOwn transport required.ISQ Recruitment is representing a client in the search for a highly motivated and organised Executive Assistant. This full-time, office-based role is located in Norfolk, and is pivotal in supporting the clients Board of Directors. If you excel in a fast-pacedenvironment and have attained a higher level of education, this opportunity may be perfect for you.Responsibilities:* Attend Board of Directors meetings to take minutes and collate action points.* Manage diaries and schedules, ensuring comprehensive preparation for all meetings and engagements.* Draft, edit, and format a range of documents, including reports, presentations, and emails.* Coordinate logistical tasks such as booking rooms, travel, and accommodation.* Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment.* Complete delegated projects and research to assist in meeting preparations.* Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.Requirements* A higher level of education is essential.* Owning a personal car is a requirement.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).* Strong planning and organisational abilities.* Confidence, proactivity, and self-motivation.* Capacity to work calmly under pressure and adapt to unexpected scenarios.* A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes with excellent attention to detail.Note: This position does not offer the option for remote or hybrid work.To find out more - apply now or call !
