Job Description

My client is one of Londons leading Independent agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation.They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager that can manage a team of sales negotiators and a sales progressor, Value and bring properties onto the market, to join their busy and successful office.The ideal candidate will have experience in the current Sales market, along with experience in the following areas:Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales revenue and market penetration
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize their performance.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. Act as a point of escalation for client queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Lettings and property management, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive business objectives.
Qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or real estate management are advantageous.
Hours of work:
  • 9am -7pm Monday to Thursday
  • 9am -6pm Friday
  • 10am -4pm Saturday
  • One 6 day week a month
Full-time Salary:
  • £30,000.00
  • Realistic OTE 65,000/70,000
  • £500 car allowance.
