Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Senior Negotiator

  • Basic salary £18,000 - £20,000
  • On Target Earnings of £50,000 - £60,000+
  • Potential Company Car commensurate with experience
    • An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills, to join their team at a very busy Estate Agency office, to assist with expanding the operation.You will operate within both Sales and Lettings, simultaneously letting and selling properties, as well as valuing and listing new properties to the market. Big money is to be earned for hungry sales professionals!Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Senior Negotiator - Scope of Role:
  • You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Property Valuations and Listings for both Sales & Lettings in your area.
  • You should have a successful track record in property and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
  • You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
    • Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Senior Negotiator- Key objectives:
  • Pro-actively prospecting for Sales & Lettings valuations and converting them into instructions and For Sale / To Let boards.
  • Identifying viable business opportunities and networking to maximise brand exposure.
  • Maximising agreed fees and boards.
  • Selling and Letting new properties.
    • Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Senior Negotiator - Experience:
  • Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role as well as experience valuing properties and gaining instructions, preferably in both Sales & Lettings.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle is also essential for this role.
    • Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Senior Negotiator- Remuneration:
  • Basic salary £18,000 - £20,000
  • On Target Earnings of £50,000 - £60,000+
