Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorLocation: Studley, B80Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience Permanent, Full TimeHybrid, following probation Would you like to play a game or two of pool and enjoy free fruit in your break time Do you want to bring your pet in the office with you for the day Picnic in the work gardens in the summerA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established, award winning market leader in a the charming village of Studley.Your mission will be to deliver a first-class service to their customers and in return you will be given all of the tools to flourish and succeed.This is a truly exciting and innovative client that goes out of its way to look after their staff.   • Working closely with a Sales Account Manager/Account Director to provide Admin support
  • Processing customer orders, including dealing with payments, checking stock and ordering material from suppliers, providing regular customer updates
  • Dealing day to day with customer enquiries by email and phone
  • Liaising with customers, warehouse, and suppliers regarding deliveries
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers, & suppliers to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time
  • Booking couriers and logistics companies
  • Post sales customer support, including helping with trouble shooting, tracking deliveries and dealing with couriers
Skills/Experience
  • You must be computer literate and have an exceptional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous administration support experience, ideally within sales support, is preferential
  • Sociable with a good sense of humour and who will always go the extra mile
  • Good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Well-organised, able to multitask
  • Enthusiasm and Self-Motivation
  • Customer focused
