Job Description

Parts Advisor required. My client is a, Agricultural Dealer and supplier of Spearhead, KRM and Pottinger products across the UK and are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor, it is expected that the successful candidate will come from a Parts supply background, have experinece with either the Heavy Plant or Agricultural market and be based within a commutable distance of Redditch.Parts Advisor Position Overview

  • Taking parts orders and making associated sales to internal and external customers
  • Supporting Workshop Engineers, Customers and Business owners in the supply of parts
  • Answering in-coming calls and responding to messages
  • Transferring stock deliveries to correct location to maintain correct off the shelf availability
  • Ensuring company paperwork is produced to keep customer requirements on record
  • Processing parts returns and completing appropriate paperwork
Parts Advisor Position Requirements
  • Previous experience in a parts supply position
  • Plant, HGV, Automotive or Dealership experience is a must
  • Previous experience with Telesales would be desirable
  • Experience in a parts department including stock ordering, stock control, sales and customer care
  • Based locally to Redditch
  • Full UK Driving licence
Parts Advisor Position Remuneration
  • Salary £25,000 - £29,000 DOE
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 (8:00 - 17:00 when out of season)
  • 28 Days holiday inclusive of public holidays
  • Pension Scheme
