We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our Managed Services Centre of Excellence team based in one of our UK based offices [London, South-East, Midlands] on a permanent basis.Six Degrees is a cloud lead managed service provider where everyone is welcome. Its a great timeto join Six Degrees; were a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP and our business is growing.The Centre of Excellence Team are responsible for delivering third line managed services across our technology estate, from cloud, security, connectivity and infrastructure for our UK based clients.The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the dynamic management of all types of client tickets including Incident, Problem, Event and Moves and Changes. They will work closing with Team Leaders on escalation guidance to ensure tickets are allocatedto our engineers as per the priorities set. Achieving success in the role will mean exceeding our client expectations through delivering best in class services in the most effective manner. Ensuring tickets are being managed and actioned by our engineers inan efficiently- maximising our SLA and KPIs for our clients. Whilst looking at ongoing trends and identifying triage solutions for overall improvements to the function.We feel that a great candidate for this position will have a proven track record of resource management. Having worked within the IT sector would be beneficial, by no means it is fundamental. We feel a Resource Coordinator from a fast paced, high-volumeenvironment will be well placed to succeed. Needless to say, these individuals will be; methodical and good organiser with a proactive approach, resilient with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload whilst multi-tasking. They will naturally have goodnegotiation skills and be a good communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
