You would be required to organise the movement of the rented stock from the businessfrom various locations in the UK. This is a B2B customer service role so excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with a professional manner. You would be communicating with customers via incoming/outgoing calls as well as via email.Duties of Customer Service Advisor:-Speak to customers on the phone confidently and professionally.-Proactively complete tasks to avoid further issues for transportation of rented good.-Update database with notes every time a customer is spoken to via email/telephone.Key Skills and Attributes for Customer Service Advisor:- Confident phone manner.- Excellent written and verbal skills.-Computer literate.-Problem solver with a proactive attitude- Common sense and use of initiativeThis role has a shift of 8-5pm doing either 8:30-4:30pm or 9:00-5:00pm Monday- Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 2/3 bank holidays required to be covered per year.If you feel you would be suitable for this role please click APPLY or send your CV to
