As a result, we are looking for experienced teamleaders and supervisors.We have a great team culture with a strong work ethic and we are looking for people who are efficient, enthusiastic, ambitious and who want to be part of an exciting company.Responsibilities: Supervise Warehouse Operatives on either a one2one or Teams basis in the execution of all warehouse activities Promote, motivate, and maintain high levels of warehouse operative(s) performance Keep Time sheets up to date to record time spent on all Project activities Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager Abide by health and safety procedures. Ensure uniforms and prescribed PPE are always worn correctly Proactively support operational teams in delivering projects/programs. Provide information directly to the Stock Controller and/or Product Inventory Manager to ensure the Inventory Management systems are up to date and maintainedWhat youll need to be: Customer centric. Experience with picking and packing in a warehouse environment. Strong performer and proactive. Warehouse/Inventory understanding. Previous experience leading a teamDesirable: Experience working with a project team to reach a goal. Working on large scale projects.
