Warehouse OperativeLocation: Stretton, WA4 4NS.Salary: £10.55 per hour.Contract: 40 Hours per Week (With 1 Hour paid Lunch). Shifts Available Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.Who are we looking forOur continued growth and increasing customer base has created opportunities for additional warehouse/distribution staff to join our team in our new Distribution Centre in Stretton Green Industrial Estate. We are keen to talk to potential Team Leaders / Supervisorsas well as warehouse operativesWe have a great team culture with a strong work ethic and we are looking for people who are efficient, enthusiastic, ambitious and who want to be part of an exciting company.Responsibilities These roles provide a varied work day that includes: Assisting with the loading/unloading of vehicles. Checking the accuracy of inbound/outbound loads. Accurately completing putaway, picking, packing and QC activities in a timely manner. Consistently working to our Health & Safety standards and procedures. Assisting with ensuring that our customers benefit from our expertise in UK and International installation and maintenance services.What you need Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven warehouse/distribution environment would be advantageous but we will consider applications from candidates who can demonstrate having the right attitude, work ethic and personal behaviours neededto succeed in these roles. FLT/Counterbalance licence (preferred but not essential). You need to be able to work efficiently using own initiative but should also enjoy working as part of a team. You must be reliable and self-motivated. We need team members we can depend on every single day. You need to be resilient and be able to retain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
