Account Manager (German speaking)Warrington WA4 4NP£28,000Part remote (3 days in office); amazing offices; 25 days holiday + stats; full training provided; big focus on culture and team-building; personal development plan; Bi-lingual Account Manager (Fluency in English plus at least one European language); Marketingagency established 15+ years; 100 people; big name clients; 28k+; Warrington;The RoleWorking as part of the account management team of 11, and their overseas hubs, the Account Manager will help the agency to provide class leading marketing solutions to their European clients, on time and in budget. Responsibilities include:- Working with Account Directors, helping the agency to deliver creative marketing projects and campaigns to a diverse range of very high profile clients and sectors throughout Europe- Responsible for tasks including producing and monitoring project information and tracking documents, timing plans, contact reports, copy checking, responding to customer queries, conducting research and more- Expected to take ownership of tasks and duties, to pride themselves on delivering their best, with a can-do approach; - An appreciation of working across multiple deadline driven projects - Involved in briefing internal teams and monitoring their progress in line with the scheduleThe PersonThis role may suit candidates currently in Account Executive, Senior Account Exec, Account Manager, or Account Handler roles in a Creative or Marketing agency. Candidates should come with some or all of the following:- Fluent in German ideally, or French, Spanish, Italian, or other European language- Solid understanding of digital based Marketing and or Design based campaign projects- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail- Highly organised, capable of working well under pressure- Self confident, good at building relationships, comfortable communicating with people of different levels- Positive mindset, used to taking ownership of tasks and seeing through to completion- Keen eye for detail, with good problem solving abilities- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suits (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)The CompanyThe Account Executive will be joining a Marketing business with nearly two decades of success in driving revenue for exciting, well known brands, by creating and delivering highly effective campaigns.
