We would like to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly Team, consisting of 1 lead GP and 4 Salaried GPs, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistants and Clinical Pharmacist - 1 day a week. We have a diverse practice population of 7900 over two sites. Our practice is one of 5 practices merged within South Warrington Primary Care Network. We are a training practice and strongly support the professional development of all our staff and believe that every member has important contribution to make. We support diversity amongst our employees and patients.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in General Practice nursing with a set of skills in Immunisation, Cytology, Travel Health, sexual health. They must be willing to develop their skill set and qualifications to support our holistic approach to chronic disease management. An interest and experience in diabetes management and end of life care would be an advantage.
