With previous experience in a similar setting from the NHS or private sector as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working 37.5 hour weeks. It provides a robust environment and high intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability& Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours that challenge, enabling them to live meaningful lives as active members of the community.This includes service users who may be stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have broken down.
