With previous experience in a similar setting from the NHS or private sector as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working 37.5 hour weeks. Its what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doing:As a Charge Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals to support people with learning disabilities and/or autism at Tottle Brook House in Strelley, Nottinghamshire.You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio.No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. It provides a robust environment and high intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability& Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours that challenge, enabling them to live meaningful lives as active members of the community.This includes service users who may be stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have broken down.
