Are you a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker wanting to control your own rota with flexibility to work the shifts that suit youWhether youre looking for extra shifts to boost your income or a flexible job that fits around your lifestyle, if youre an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker you can join our staff bank and after completing a paid two-week induction youllhave access to available HCA/SW shifts at Clipstone House, with a future option to work bank shifts regionally at other Elysium sites in the area.There is no minimum number of hours youre required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps youll have the nursing shifts secured with Elysium that you want.Whether your experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank HCA or SW with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parkingand much more.What you will be doing:You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health. Standard shifts are 12.5 hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.Where you will be working:Location: Clipstone House, First Avenue, Clipstone, Mansfield, NG21 9DAYou will be working at a new service which is in the heart of the local community. Clipstone House consists of six bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24 hour nursing.Working in a robust environment with a high intensity care model, you will provide care and support to people with highly complex needs and behaviours. This includes people who may be stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have brokendown.The aim of the service is to support people to move back to their home area and be closer to their families.What you will get:
