Job Description

If you have an eye for detail and have strong administration skills that you are looking to use within healthcare, then join the new team at Tottle Brook House as an Administrator.You will work alongside a care team, assisting and supporting the service day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be responsible for assisting in the provision and administration of a comprehensive and efficient human resource service to meet the needs of the service.As an Administrator you must have strong administration skills, experience within a similar role and knowledge of healthcare.You will be a valued member of the team, with access to a variety of training courses and be supported by your peers to reach your career goals. Its so much more than a job for now, it can be a career for life.Your responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all administrative tasks
  • Managing e-mails and phone calls
  • Financial responsibilities
  • Being the key person in the department for coordinating all administration and data collection
  • To be successful in this role, youll need:
  • Have GCSEs, grade C or above, in English and Maths
  • To be able to handle stressful situations
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times
  • To prioritise duties and responsibilities and be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Where you will be working:Location: Tottle Brook House, Calverton Drive, Nottingham, NG8 6QNTottle Brook House is a new service opening 2021 that consists of six bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24 hour nursing support. It provides a robust environment and high intensity care model which is designed to support people who have a Learning Disability & Autism with highly complex needs and behaviours.The focus is to enable people to live meaningful lives as active members of the community through supporting their independent living skills.What you will get
