Job Description

Role: Office Administrator / Personal Assistant Report to: DirectorSalary: £18k - £22k depending on experienceOffice hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pmLocation: StreathamStart: ASAPOffice Administrator job specOur Client are a small Architectural design & build firm providing local professional services across inner and outer London. We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join this growing company and make their mark. The successfulcandidate will be liaising with the Director to manage the day to day running of the business.This position will be the first point of contact for clients along with organising project workloads for all staff, diary management and ensuring target deadlines are met. Generating new business is also a key part of the role along with exploring new avenuesfor company growth.Responsibilities

  • The role will include:
  • Day to day running of the business admin
  • As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a strong and professional first impression via telephone and e-mails.
  • Supporting clients via phone and e-mail along with any queries or issues which may arise.
  • Monitoring and tracking transactions and payment for clients.
  • Diary management for all employees (Booking surveys)
  • Inbox Management
  • Quoting for projects
  • Targeting new business to business relationships
  • Targeting new business to client relationships
  • Basic management of rental properties (Tenancy Agreements etc)
  • Handling of Social Media accounts creativity to make posts for Instagram & Twitter
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar job role.
  • Excellent experienced telephone communication, a quick thinker who is confident speaking to clients over the phone or through Zoom Calls.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Preferable experience dealing with property related industries.
  • Self-Motivated individual
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to use effective questioning, problem solving and complaint resolutions skills.
  • Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English Key Skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office proficiencies
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiencies
  • Canva program usage is ideal
  • Instagram, Twitter, Facebook knowledge and usage is ideal
