Prospectus is proud to be partnering Staffordshire University, an award-winning institution with world-class facilities, specialist courses and global opportunities. They are now recruiting for a Careers and employability manager to join their team on atemporary basis, initially for 2 months, with the possibility of extension.As a Careers and employability manager you will lead the development of an effective, bespoke, and impactful careers education programmes which supports the difference needs of their London students and graduates in their early career development (workshops,masterclasses, bootcamps and assessment centres etc.). You will be required to liaise and collaborate with colleagues across the Employability Team, and with their broader internal and external networks to build best practice into their careers educationprovision, which is informed by external labour markets and opportunities.To be successful, you have previous experience of leading bespoke careers and/or employability services at senior management level. You will possess demonstrable experience of developing relationships with internal and external stakeholder including employers,delivery partners, colleagues and external networks to build best practice in to the provision whilst also contributing to the effective delivery of a careers development for students and graduates. Finally, previous experience managing contracts at a seniorlevel is essential.To be considered, you must be available immediately or with no more than 1 weeks notice period. You will be required to work Monday- Friday, 37 hours per week, 9am-5pm, hybrid option will be considered.
