Business Development Manager / Internal Sales£50,000 Basic, £90,000 Uncapped OTE, incentives and great benefitsEast London / LondonWe have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, ambitious New Business Development Manager to join our exciting, dynamic company at a time of huge potential and growth. Specialists in financial automation SAAS Solutions.Responsibilities: Develop Sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to execute against set goals and quotas. Achieve personal sales quota and hitting target on a consistent basis Have extensive compelling outbound prospecting skills of your own. Work closely with sales development representatives and the marketing team to quickly convert SQLs passed to you.Manage sales cycles from opportunity to close, requiring attention to detail and strong execution in all phases of the buying cycle. Collaborate with our Customer Success and Product teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices. Be a great and effective user of Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure proper documentation, execution and accurate forecasting.Requirements:3 to 5+ years of experience in sales functions in the SaaS environment"Hunter" mind-set with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly. You love the thrill of the chase. You are a "go-getter" and love to compete and winLondon based - You will need to have a presence in the office at least 3 days per week. Strong skills in outbound prospecting (sequencing and calling) to complement our marketing efforts. Successfully carried a sales quota which met or exceeded targets Commercially creative, exceptional written and verbal communication skillsYou will have a desire to exceed OTE and earn £90,000+.
