Role: KFC Assistant Restaurant ManagerLocation: Edinburgh, EH20 9NSHours: Full-Time Contract / PermanentHourly Rate: £24,000 - £26,000Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!What will my role look likeAs an Assistant Restaurant General Manager you will be "wingman" or woman to the Restaurant General Manager. Youre an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Because our restaurants are so popular andbusy, we need strong management teams to ensure the stores run efficiently and achieve set goals.As an Assistant Manager you will work hand in hand with our Restaurant Managers to inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and also help drive the profitability of the store. This isnt a back office job, prepare to roll yoursleeves up and engage with our amazing customers and get involved with food preparation! You will also be involved in stock takes, deliveries, banking / finance duties and assisting in the training and development of the team!Lets not forget the progression opportunities!
