From networks and infrastructure to applications and data we’ll be using technology to support the continued growth of our business, drive innovation, and surpriseand delight the 85 million people that visit our sites every year.As an IT Infrastructure Engineerin the Welcome Break IT Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced but rewarding environment, where creativity is encouraged, collaboration and communication promoted, and personal development and growth widely available.What you’ll do:

• Design, implement and support on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure and systems, including server hardware,hypervisors, virtual machines, operating systems and Microsoft services including M365, O365, Azure AD – Endpoint Manager/InTune, SQL Server, File& Directoryservices and ancillary systems such asDesktop Central,Arcserveand Airwatch
• Ensure the environment is maintained in a safe and timely manner, ensuring compliance to needed control frameworks, internal and external audit requirements, and vulnerability scanning; working with our 3rdparty security specialists and network serviceprovider to review and action all vulnerabilitiestomaintain compliance, including PCI-DSS, ISO27001 and GDPR
• Champion Operating System imaging and application deployment mechanisms across Retail/Hospitality POS, corporate laptop/desktopand mobile devices
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of the environment, exhibiting excellent change control and an appreciation of the control of risk
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and mentoring on end user computing infrastructure and technologies.
• Identifyopportunities to improve the technical landscape at Welcome Break, assisting in the design, documentation, costing and implementation of new end user computing solutions
• Support IT Project teams in delivery of wider IT services and applications, ensuring adherence to IT infrastructure best practice and standards
• Assist in IT Change Board as needed, driving best practice in IT Service and Change Management
