Job Description

Workshop OperativeOur client based in Tunstall is currently looking for a workshop operative to join their well-established team.Main duties and responsibilities of the workshop operative:

  • Inspecting products as they arrive and before they leave
  • Cutting, drilling & tapping
  • Packing products ready for worldwide shipping
  • General labouring duties as required
  • Using hand tools to pack and unpack products
Skills required or this workshop operative role:
  • Good hand dexterity
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A willingness to learn
  • Must have experience in hand-held tools
