Due to a recent contract wins this well-established water treatment company, that provides a variety of professional water treatment/water hygiene services to clients nationwide, is now looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer based in or around the Stoke-on-Trent area. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in delivering legionella risk assessment and plumbing duties, however training can be provided for applicants who hold a keenness to learn and develop within the water treatment industry. Due to the nation of the contracts extensive travel will be necessary. Applications from Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and the surrounding areas will be considered.Qualifications & experience:Previous experience working as a water hygiene engineer within the water treatment/water hygiene industry.A good working knowledge of current water industry guidelines.Experience carrying out plumbing and legionella risk assessments would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication skills.IT literate.Key Role:Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.Undertake temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.Install and maintain dosing systems.Maintenance and servicing of TMVs.Cleaning and disinfection of CWSTs.Showerhead cleaning.Maintain and build a good working relationship with the companys portfolio of clients.This role comes with a competitive salary, depending on experience, company vehicle and many other benefits.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
